Uranus sidereally is moving from Aries to Taurus 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻.

This slow moving planet is moving from a sign of instability (think passion, fire) to a sign of stabilization of earth energy and grounding.

This is a planet of bringing unexpected events, earth changes, lightening, and electricity. If you’ve been in the DFW area you know what it talking about. Yes we have been feeling it all week even though it officially dips its tow in today.

Sharing as a follow up to my last video giving you some background to what different sides of the body and energies convey. I’ll add additional videos to really break it down for you, nevertheless, I wanted to lay the foundation.

We all have both masculine and feminine energies and polarizes in our bodies regardless of our gender (even animals have this too!)

Our masculine energy is the right side, the energizing red ray and our feminine side of the body is the left side, the cooling blue ray.

Notice how those are feeling, do you notice dis-ease or lack of ease in the body? Do you notice when you are around certain people or situations that one side feels more out of balance than another?

During a Reiki or Crystal Healing session with me I am always going in and aligning those energies in our bodies to help us come back into balance, feel harmonious, and live and be our highest and brightest self.

I got some downloads during my yoga class today…so here are some Sunday musings that I hope will help you or someone you know!

We are still in SPRING 💐, in Chinese Medicine ruled by the liver organ system. This is an area where we hold anger, frustration, irritation, etc. This is also the time when people talk about cleansing/detoxing to help make room for what is meant for us.

In Ayurveda, cleansing/detoxing is associated with welcoming both spring and fall.

Our bodies are always going through some form of detox/elimination, everything discussed here comes up more as we bring in some form of catalyst to help clear out what no longer serves us more than our normal rhythms.

If you are a woman, wait to start this process until after your lunar cycle it will be much more supportive to your system.

Remember, that as we go through this process we aren’t just releasing and purging from the physical body, also the mental and emotional body. You might notice that you are feeling more sensitive, or feeling these emotions of the liver like anger, frustration, irritation, and lack of patience with yourself and others.

This may not immediately set in, it may take 2-3 days or up to a week until after you have started this process.

This might also be a time for more space for you. We’ve also got a lot going on astrologically so hang in there.

You may notice your system is clearing out more and these feelings come up for you to process (maybe in a more intense way) when you are in a more active state like exercising and sweating.

Emotions, feelings, situations, trauma, etc all live in our bodies, some places more than others. Maybe you notice it more in the upper or lower body, the left side of the body or the right side of the body.

First off can I say 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 for us making it to May. Seriously, April was a lot. I’m so proud of all of us for making it to this new month.

I wasn’t kidding when I said we might have some April ☔️. So now for the May 💐. Get excited for a month that’s going to help us find more stability, connection to the Earth, and some straight up grounding.

Here’s the quick hits to mark on your calendar:
✨May 1st - It’s the halfway point of the Spring season & Jupiter enters Taurus. I can’t tell you know much I’ve been waiting for this last one. Legit been counting down the days
✨ May 2nd - the first outer planet Pluto goes Retrograde
✨May 7th - the first new moon since the eclipse season and boy are we ready for this (manifest away!)
✨Mid-May (around May 13th) - Mercury is out of the post shadow (breath in that freshness!)
✨May 23rd - Full Moon (put your crystals out!)

That’s the month! I follow Vedic Sidereal Astrology, so if you follow a different system there will be some differences.

Mercury is finally DIRECT! Can I get a glory hallelujah 🙌🏻??

The planet of communication, travel, banking, and the mental mind has stationed and will start his forward motion.

Everyone whether they have been conscious about it or not has been affected by the planet Mercury and his Retrograde cycle.

✨April Astro Transits✨

It’s a new month and April has arrived, albeit with some chaotic energy from the previous month of March. 💁🏻‍♀️

Here’s some key dates to mark the calendar and get you all set for this month of April. 🙌🏻

Mercury the planet of communication, intelligence (think the intelligent mind), travels, and the nervous system officially goes Retrograde April 1st and stays Retrograde through April 25th. 💁🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Often called the Trickster of the Zodiac, even through he turns direct on April 25th, he will still be in his retrograde cycle, at this point the post-shadow into the month of May.

Continuing Buckle Up ButterCup aka Eclipse Season we have the Eclipse portal staying open until the Solar Eclipse (New Moon) on April 8th. Even though the Eclipse Portal technically closes on the 8th we will continue to feel ecliptic energies throughout the month.

Expect the unexpected this month between the eclipse energy and our friend Mercury going Retrograde.

On April 23rd we have the Full Moon taking place, this will be the first time that I would recommend going ahead and charging your crystals again. What a relief! 🙌🏻

That’s the main highlights for you, remember in this month that will feel like April showers ☔️, remember it’s setting us up for May flowers 💐 and stabilization in the upcoming month of May.

People ask me all the time what does it mean to be a reiki practitioner?

I explain as much as I can here (in the video)! Reiki literally means universal life force energy originally coming from Japan then Hawaii then Mainland USA.

It is a type of alternative medicine (alternative healing) considered a bio-energy therapy aka I’m a healer for your energy which is really important.

We are all made up of energy, even this Insta post. We all have reiki within us. The difference is that I have been attuned to take in more of this universal life force energy to facilitate healing on all levels in all of the bodies - emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual.

What I do is really in the abstract so let me break it down for you. I’m a visual learner too! Think of me like your “energetic pool cleaner” the pool cleaner for your energy. I go in and release what’s not serving you. So those “leaves and debris” in your energy or the energy of your home or office or space would be emotions like stress, depression, pain, grief, trauma, PTSD, this might be bringing some mental imbalance like chaos in the mind, over thinking and fixation. Or you might be feeling it like heaviness or physically stagnant or actual pain and tension in the body.

The end result is that you feel lighter and brighter and after a Reiki session! As everything is energy I am able to do this virtually or in person. With the entrance of Spring, now is the perfect time to book your Reiki session with me.
