Winter was an amazing time to return back to the earth and spirit, however, now is the time for us to welcome this Spring ๐ธ Season and the light back into our lives!

Spring ๐ธ is represented in Ayurveda with the Kapha season. Kapha rules our mucus membranes and is composed of water and earth. This is also a time when we notice increased allergies.
In Chinese Medicine this is represented by the Wood element which governs the liver and gallbladder organ systems and is represented with the color green.
You can honor this season by working with the colors green or yellow. The color yellow is associated with sunlight and the return of yang energy in nature and in our lives. This season is represented by the direction of the East, the time of Dawn. Dawn is when the yang or sun returns for the potential of a new day and new beginnings.
Another symbol of this season is the egg ๐ชบโ it represents potential, creativity, birth, new life, and creation.
